About the Participant Pathways Research
The Participant Pathways Research explores how people use Workforce Australia employment services over time. The research follows people over 4 years to understand how their employment circumstances and lives change and how these changes influence service demands, engagement, and satisfaction. The research will be used to improve employment services in Australia.
The seventh wave of the survey was completed on 24 November 2025. The next wave of the survey will be conducted in 2026
