The Participant Pathways Research will inform the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (the department) about how Workforce Australia influences participants’ employment outcomes, prospects, and barriers. The fifth wave of the survey will be open from 8th of October 2024.
What does Wallis and the Government do with this information?
The survey will gather responses from approximately 8,000 employment service participants every six months over four years.
The information will be collated and analysed by Wallis in the first instance, and findings will be shared with the department. Your survey responses will also be shared with members of the department’s Employment Evaluation Branch so they can conduct further research and analysis by linking your responses to other information you have previously provided to the department. The information you provide will be used for research purposes only, and to help the department identify what is working well in employment services and what improvements could be made.

Your participation will help the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (the department) understand how people use employment services and how services can be improved to better meet the needs of those who use them. What you tell us can make a real difference to government employment services for thousands of Australians like you.
