How do I participate?

Online

You can click the “start survey” button below or by following the link sent to you via letter, email, or SMS.

When you click the link below, you will need your Survey ID. It is usually five digits + two letters and is referenced within your email or SMS.

The 6th wave of the survey will be conducted from 12 March – 26 May 2025. You'll be notified via letter, email, or SMS with a QR code/survey link when the survey is active.

Phone

You can do the survey over the phone. If you’d like to make an appointment for Wallis to call at a particular time, please let us know by calling 1800 113 444.

This research is part of the Evaluation of Workforce Australia employment services. It is funded by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, with data collection conducted by Wallis Social Research.
