The department’s Employment Evaluation Branch can then link your responses to other information you have previously provided to the department to conduct further research and analysis. This research is also subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Social Security Act 1991 (Cth). Why does the department need to link the information?

Therefore, what you tell us can make a real difference to government employment services so that thousands of Australians like you can be better supported to find or keep a job.

The identified linked information will be provided to the department’s Employment Evaluation Branch for further analysis and research purposes only. This team is subject to the same confidentiality and privacy principles as Wallis. Your information and answers will not be shared with other departmental teams.

Please note: The information you provide will not affect any government payments or services you receive. It will only be used to examine the appropriateness and effectiveness of services and inform the improvement of employment services.
